Sales Admin/ Sales Operations Executive
Based in Bangkok, Thailand
Organization Overview: The position will be based in Bangkok and work closely with the senior leadership and regional Sales team across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting sales operations, customer coordination, quotation activities, and order management processes.
This opportunity offers broad exposure within an international and multicultural business environment, with close interaction across regional teams and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Customer Support
- Support customer enquiries relating to products, quotations, deliveries, and order updates
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and smooth communication
- Support Sales Managers in day-to-day sales administration and follow-up activities
Quotation & Order Management
- Coordinate quotation and order administration activities for machinery and product sales
- Track order progress and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales process
- Support invoicing activities and maintain sales-related records and documentation
- Maintain and update customer information within CRM and internal systems
Commercial Operations Support
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
- Support preparation of reports and sales-related operational data
- Assist with administrative and ad hoc commercial activities where required
Your Profile:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, commercial administration, order management, or sales operations roles
- Experience supporting quotations, order processing, and customer communication activities preferred
- Exposure within industrial equipment, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, automation, or technical product environments would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using ERP / CRM systems
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective regional collaboration
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of international shipping or logistics would be considered a plus
