Job Description:
- Support, control, and manage the sales performance in the assigned area to achieve the set goals.
- Oversee the setting of sales targets and plans for the field sales team.
- Coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally.
- Provide support and assistance to the field sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, service-minded, and dedicated to work.
- Experience and knowledge in life insurance, including sales, management, training, support, planning, or other related fields.
- Own a private car and be able to work in both Bangkok and upcountry areas.
- Computer Skill : Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Canva is preferred
