Make your mark in Telemarketing

AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague - empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.

How you will create an impact

  • Daily listen to the YES, NO & Confirmation Call voice files to meet the standard set for each campaign. Do Quality Control conformance standard (major/minor deviations), scoring and feedback to Sales team and Confirmation Call team
  • Check and correct the completion of Application Form and cut out the success voice file for submission
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings and quality workshops
  • Monitor sessions per TSR and document outcomes and action plans for the team leader to communicate
  • Ensure voice file retention Period: Throughout policy period plus 10 years
  • Reporting TSR Mis-Selling to Sales Support Supervisor and summarize the result of listening the voice files with recommendation for taking action of TSR skill development & improvement
  • Assist in the delivery of pre-call team meetings (for the delivery of QA related matters)
  • Monitor Sales Quality of TSR's and give the recommendations for improvement
  • To ensure the Selling Script is complied with OIC Regulation and Compliance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Marketing preferred but not mandatory
  • Relevant experience in telemarketing supervisory or QA capacity (preferably Insurance direct marketing) or not mandatory
  • Stakeholder and client relationship management and the ability to work in a team
  • Understanding of Sales process
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
