Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic German-speaking Sales Team Lead to work on our client's project. In this role, you will focus on B2B outbound sales and cold calling, starting with hands-on execution to master the product and process before progressively taking over full leadership responsibilities for a hybrid sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of a hybrid sales team (coordinating between on-site and remote members).
  • Train new hires and actively coach existing team members to refine their pitch and closing skills.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards and activity targets are consistently met.
  • Track individual and team KPIs to ensure monthly targets are hit.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high energy, resilience, and productivity.
  • Conduct 10–20 hours of personal calling per week. (Note: this ratio may shift over time)
  • Demonstrate high-performance habits, pipeline management, and acquisition techniques to the team.

Qualifications:

  • 2–7 years of experience in Sales and Telemarketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Mandatory for work permit eligibility if you have less than 5 years of work experience).
  • Native or fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Ambitious, independent, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong track record in Sales (cold calling preferred).
  • Proven experience working with B2B clients.
  • Experience leading teams or readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • Structured, performance-driven, and skilled in motivating others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Able to work with the Central European Time (CET).
  • Willing to relocate and work onsite in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
