Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully generate new business from prospects and expand existing customer accounts.
- Build rapport and establish long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and creating opportunities to handling complex negotiations and closing deals.
- Ensure seamless execution of client requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve service inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in Team Management is essential.
- Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software.
- Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
- Good command of English and Thai.
