What you'll do
- Deliver engaging training programs, including New Hire Orientation, Product Training, and Subscription Program Training, while providing coaching and post-training follow-up to reinforce learning outcomes and performance improvement.
- Support and facilitate regional Open House events, Roadshows, and Field Training activities, including frequent travel to provincial locations to ensure consistent training standards and effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, including presentation slides, training manuals, facilitator guides, scripts, and training videos, ensuring all content remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements.
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through pre- and post-assessments, performance monitoring, training analytics, and comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development (PD), Human Resources (HR), and Department Leaders, to update training content, align learning initiatives with business objectives, and support related operational activities.
- Support DST events, departmental projects, and organizational learning initiatives aimed at strengthening employee knowledge, enhancing competencies, and driving continuous professional development.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in any field. (Any Major is acceptable)
- 1–3 years of experience in training, coaching, sales training, or related fields.
- Experience in retail, sales, or subscription business will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to create and improve training materials (PowerPoint, documents, scripts).
- Computer literacy (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic data analysis skills for training reports.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel upcountry for Open House and field training activities.
