Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Learning & Development professional to drive learning initiatives that enhance sales capability and leadership effectiveness.

This role is responsible for training analytics, curriculum design, leadership development, and training operations, while partnering closely with both local and global stakeholders to ensure effective learning execution and business impact.

The role requires regular travel to sales branches, training centers, and field locations across Thailand to facilitate training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and support business operations. This is not a fully office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Strategic Reporting

  • Own and maintain training dashboards using Looker Studio to track learning effectiveness, ROI, learning penetration, and sales productivity.
  • Analyze sales and training performance data to identify competency gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Prepare management reports and present actionable insights to support business decisions.

2. Curriculum Design & Learning Development

  • Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to localize global learning content and best practices for the Thailand market.
  • Design and develop structured learning journeys covering:
  • Sales skills and product knowledge
  • Leadership and people management
  • Coaching, communication, and growth mindset
  • Design and manage Leadership Development Programs for Sales Managers to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.

3. Training Facilitation & Coaching

  • Facilitate learning programs for Sales Managers and key talent groups.
  • Deliver onboarding, system training, leadership workshops, and other business-related learning initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide coaching support and reinforce learning application in the field.

4. Training Operations & LMS Management

  • Serve as LMS Administrator, ensuring accurate learning records, user management, and training completion tracking.
  • Manage training operations, including registration, evaluation, certification, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with training SOPs and continuously improve learning processes and learner experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Sales Capability Development, or related areas.
  • Strong experience in curriculum design, training program development, and learning facilitation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage manager-level audiences.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to travel regularly across Thailand for training delivery, coaching activities, and business support.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving for business travel when required.
