About the role

As a Sales Associate at Mampani Thailand, you will be the frontline driver of our commercial growth. You will identify and engage potential clients including event organizers, corporations, government agencies, and institutions and introduce them to our carbon footprint assessment and carbon credit distribution solutions. You will guide prospects through our consulting packages and help convert leads into long-term sustainability partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients including event organizers, festival operators, corporations (SME to large-scale), government agencies, universities, retail malls, and tourism businesses
  • Conduct initial discovery meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand the client's event profile and sustainability goals
  • Present and pitch Mampani's consulting packages and tailor proposals to each client's event scale and budget
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on key performance metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding processStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field
  • A background or certification in sustainability, ESG, or carbon management is a strong plus
  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling consulting, professional services, or event-related solutions is preferred
  • Exposure to sustainability, CSR, ESG, or carbon markets is a significant advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for sustainability will be considered
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai proficiency is required
  • Ability to clearly explain technical or scientific concepts (e.g., carbon footprint, Scope 2 & 3 emissions) to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing proposals and client documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
