Sap Abap Consultant

Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 6-11 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ABAP programs, collaborating with functional teams, and optimizing existing solutions to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements in SAP systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP developments.
• Optimize existing ABAP code for improved performance and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Document technical specifications and development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and development.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Workbench, data dictionary, and module pool programming.
• Experience with SAP enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and BAPIs.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and AMDP programming.
• Knowledge of IDocs, RFC, and BAPIs integration.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and HR is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
