Key Responsibilities & Ownership
- Drive Technical Excellence: Lead the design and development of complex solutions using OO-ABAP, CDS Views, and RAP, while providing expert governance over SAP Fiori and BTP implementations.
- Lead & Mentor: Act as a Player-Coach by mentoring team members, conducting code reviews to ensure quality, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the development squad.
- Manage End-to-End Delivery: Own the development of lifecycle from technical design to deployment. You will manage task allocation (Jira/Agile), track team capacity, and ensure all RICEFW objects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture, keeping them updated on project progress and risks.
- Uphold Modern Standards: Enforce Clean Core principles and best practices, ensuring the team effectively utilizes SAP BTP services and builds intuitive Fiori/UI5 user experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in SAP Development with a proven track record of leading teams or managing development workflows.
- Modern SAP Stack: Expert-level knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP (RAP/CAP), coupled with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori (SAPUI5) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Agile Leadership: Strong experience in managing tasks.
- Human-Centric Approach: A natural ability to mentor others, resolve conflicts, and balance workload to prevent team burnout.
- Communication: Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to both developers and business leaders.
- Willing to work onsite at customer locations as required by project assignments
