A hybrid role supporting business analysis and project governance for SAP initiatives, working with business users and SAP teams to ensure accurate requirements, strong solution design, effective UAT, and smooth delivery from planning to go‑live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions.
- Document and analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes to support process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
- Support change impact assessments by identifying impacts to business processes, roles, and ways of working.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
- Support business case development by assessing costs, benefits, ROI, IRR, payback period, and other value drivers.
- Quantify business benefits, including operational savings, productivity gains, and efficiency improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and business readiness activities.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Process Improvement, or Transformation projects.
- Understanding of finance, accounting principles, and business operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proactively curious / able to translate business needs into practical business and technology solutions.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis and business case development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of BPMN, process modeling, or change management methodologies.
- Experience supporting business, finance, or digital transformation initiatives.
