As our Business Analyst, SAP Materials Management, you will design and optimize processes that integrate seamlessly with manufacturing and supply chain—providing accurate, timely, and actionable procurement insights.
This role focuses heavily on requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, testing, documentation, solution design, reporting, support and adoption. It also demands end-to-end ownership: from understanding business requirements and mapping processes, to hands-on SAP configuration, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional analysis of MM and EWM requirements and translating them into S/4HANNA SAP solutions.
- Perform configuration of SAP MM and EWM module.
- Integrate MM/EWM with other SAP modules FICO, PP, AM, QM and SD as well as Ariba and IBP for seamless procurement and inventory management workflows/processes.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and resolve SAP issues at functional, configuration and technical levels.
- Maintain, enhance and optimise SAP S/4HANA solutions in production.
- Conduct user training and create user documentation as needed.
- Work with our third-party vendor on L2 and L3 support.
- Identify and implement automation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Ensure system stability, performance optimisation, and support patch upgrades.
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of SAP MM or EWM experience, including at least 1 full lifecycle implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP is a strong advantage. Preferably in MM, EWM, SD, IBP, or Ariba.
- Ability to work on In-App Extensibility and BTP-based extensions and understanding of integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs) and CDS Views; experience in WRICEF objects.
- Proven ability to work both functionally and technically—from business process mapping to SAP configuration and testing.
- Strong knowledge of MM, Inventory Management and Invoice Verification with basic knowledge of EWM is highly preferred
- Experience integrating MM/EWM
- Ability to support one other module is highly advantageous.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Fluent in English and exposure working across regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting timelines.
The team operates on a two-shift schedule; therefore, candidates must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
