1. BPE Commerce & Pricing (O2C Stream)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation of Customer Hierarchies & Pricing structures
- Perform complex SAP SD pricing mapping and ensure accurate integration with satellite commercial systems
- Support a highrisk commercial cutover for sales orders & pricing conditions
- Work closely with Commercial Directors and Account Heads to guide new pricing and customer structure alignment
Requirements
- Strong SAP SD expertise (Advanced Pricing Procedures)
- Deep knowledge of Customer Master Data & multi-level hierarchies
- Experience with SAP commercial/reporting system integration
- FMCG/Retail business understanding is a strong plus
2. BPE Indirect Purchase (P2P / R2R Stream)
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy standardized global P2P workflows & Digital Supplier Creation process
- Train and support non-SAP business users (Marketing, HR, Budget Owners)
- Build simplified training materials and lead TraintheTrainer sessions
- Strengthen Vendor Master Data governance, budget control & compliance
Requirements
- Strong SAP MM and FI integration knowledge
- Experience in PR/PO workflow, release strategies, and VMD governance
- Understanding of SoD, compliance, and indirect sourcing
- Excellent communication & useradoption skills
