Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Description :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation or support, including: - Employee Central functionality and configuration

  • SAP data migration and data mapping
  • Organization structure setup and maintenance
  • Workforce Registry (WFR in ECC6) and integrations

Additional Technical Expertise

  • Experience in SAP ECC6 (OMPA) is a plus.
  • SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR data models, Employee Central configuration, and integration points.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions within Employee Central.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI) for data exchange.
  • Knowledge of Reporting tools such as People Analytics or Advanced Reporting.
  • Experience with data validation, cleansing, and transformation during migration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues effectively.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Working with Business, Technical Team to review the issues & investigation of Success Factor Employee Central and provide the hands on solution and consultation for standard practice
  • Provide Technical and Functional consultation and configuration for Success Factor Employee Central and Workforce registry
  • Analyze, review, and provide consultation for Data Mapping and Data Migration included investigate issue and implement the solution as needed
  • Perform testing in EC/ WFR system integration, parallel testing, end to end testing and scenario based testing to ensure smooth implementation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central with other SF modules (e.g., Recruiting, Learning, Performance management) and Workforce Registry and third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
  • Participate in the global team meetings

Primary skill set :-

  • At least 3 years of experience in Success Factor Employee Central Implementation included Employee Central Functionality, SAP Data Migration, Data Mapping, Set up Organization Structure
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6 - OMPA and Workforce registry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR data models, Employee Central configuration, and integration points.

Skills for Workforce Registry (WFR) Support (SAP ECC6 - OMPA)

  • Strong understanding of Workforce Registry data requirements, compliance standards, and reporting mandates.

Proven experience in designing and implementing custom WFR solutions, including:

  • Custom fields and extended data structures for WFR
  • Complex data mapping and transformation logic between SuccessFactors and WFR

Ability to develop and maintain custom interfaces and integration workflows for WFR using SAP CPI or similar middleware, including BIB (Business Integration builder) and SAP ECC6 ALE/IDoc Integration.

Expertise in building configurable rules and validations to meet WFR compliance requirements.

Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting for customized WFR processes.

Familiarity with state or industry-specific workforce registry mandates and best practices.

The ideal start date for this position would be 30 days from the offer and will run for 12 months.
