Responsibilities:
- Study, analyze, and design proposed information systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Please provide expert consultation on system features and business processes required for development, following the designed framework.
- Plan and delegate tasks to team members (Work Planning & Delegation).
- Oversee and monitor project progress and team performance (Monitoring & Tracking).
- Lead and develop the team's capabilities (Team Leadership & Development).
- Manage project and team resources effectively (Resource Management).
- Define strategies and methodologies for resolving issues (Issue Resolution).
- Could you make sure the quality of the delivered solution (Solution Quality Assurance)
- Oversee and manage system integrations (Integration Management).
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities (Leadership).
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills (Communication & Presentation).
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities (Problem-Solving).
- Utilize effective negotiation skills (Negotiation).
- Have a strong understanding of business operations and objectives (Business Acumen).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP CO Team Lead.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO development and implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously (Multi-tasking).
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus and will be given special consideration.
