Hiring: SAP Data Integration Lead Consultant
We're looking for an experienced SAP Data Integration Lead Consultant to support a major SAP transformation project starting January 2026.
This is a 6-month initial contract with a hybrid setup once a week onsite at our Bangkok office, with the rest remote.
Contract Details
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day/week onsite Bangkok)
- Must be fluent in Thai language
Role Overview
As the SAP Data Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading data integration design and delivery across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability throughout the landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP data integration strategy and implementation across systems
- Design and manage data flows using SAP integration tools (e.g. CPI, SLT, ETL tools)
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across platforms
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams
- Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to integration teams
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP data integration roles (Lead or Senior level)
- Hands-on expertise with SAP CPI, SLT, ETL tools, and data pipelines
- Solid understanding of SAP data models (e.g. ECC / S/4HANA)
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in transformation or migration projects is a plus
