SAP Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to define and lead the enterprise SAP architecture strategy for a global high-tech manufacturing organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing scalable SAP solutions, driving enterprise transformation initiatives, and partnering with business and technology leaders to modernize the organization's SAP landscape.

You will play a key role in shaping the future-state architecture, leading SAP solution design, and supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the enterprise SAP architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance across the global SAP landscape.

• Lead solution architecture for SAP ERP and integrated enterprise applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic business requirements into enterprise SAP solutions.

• Drive SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP ECC optimization and SAP S/4HANA migration planning and implementation.

• Design enterprise integration architecture across SAP and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, IDocs, and cloud integration platforms.

• Provide architectural leadership across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse management, and sales processes.

• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across global implementations.

• Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technology evaluations to support business transformation.

• Lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, steering committees, and executive leadership.

• Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions to support continuous innovation.

• Mentor solution architects and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of SAP ERP experience, including enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP solutions across large, complex organizations.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC with experience supporting enterprise-wide implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture or migration projects is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent is advantageous).

• Deep knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, middleware, and third-party system integration.

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across:

• Finance & Controlling (FICO)

• Materials Management (MM)

• Sales & Distribution (SD)

• Production Planning (PP)

• Warehouse Management (WM)

• Quality Management (QM)

• Experience within high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, or similar industries is essential.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, master data management, and data governance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology executives.

• Experience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Fiori, or cloud-native SAP solutions.

• Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP PLM, or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

• Experience leading architecture governance boards or enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern enterprise delivery methodologies.
