Role Description The SAP FI Trainer (Offline) role at Calxmap is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The trainer will design and deliver structured SAP FI training programs, including lesson plans, hands-on exercises, and assessments, for learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, explaining core SAP FI functionalities and configurations, demonstrating end-to-end financial business processes within SAP, and providing individual guidance to participants. The trainer will also update training materials to reflect system changes and best practices, collaborate with other subject matter experts, and gather feedback to continually improve the effectiveness of the training. The role may involve evaluating learner performance, preparing reports, and ensuring training aligns with industry standards and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong SAP FICO skills, including configuration, functional understanding, and practical implementation experience.
- Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess business process knowledge related to finance and controlling, with the ability to translate real-world processes into SAP scenarios.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Materials Management and its integration with SAP FI to explain cross-functional processes.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, such as requirement gathering, solution explanation, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as an SAP FI trainer or SAP FICO consultant with training responsibilities is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach diverse groups of learners.
