Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant Bangkok (Permanent)
We are hiring a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to support and lead complex finance transformation initiatives within a mature enterprise SAP landscape. This is a hands-on role for someone who has delivered real outcomes, not just advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations (minimum 2 full cycles)
- Own finance blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Configure and support:
- FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax
- CO: Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders, CO-PA
- Work closely with Finance, Controlling, and IT stakeholders
- Drive UAT, cutover, data migration validation, and hypercare
- Support integrations with MM, SD, PP, and BW/Analytics
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex finance issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and S/4HANA readiness
Required Experience
- Senior-level SAP FI/CO experience
- 2+ full end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Strong hands-on configuration capability (not just oversight)
- Deep understanding of financial close, controlling, and reporting
- Experience working in project + post-go-live support environments
- Fluent Thai and English (mandatory)
- Based in Bangkok or able to work onsite
Nice to Have
- S/4HANA Finance implementation or conversion experience
- CO-PA (Margin Analysis) and New GL exposure
- SAP FI/CO certification
- Experience in regional or global SAP templates
