Job Title: Financial Systems Support Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Finance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-directed Financial Systems Support Analyst to provide application and business process support for SAP Finance within an Agile team. The successful candidate will support SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and period-end close processes while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including FI/CO, General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FI-AA), Cost Accounting (CO), and Volumetric Accounting.
- Support financial interfaces and batch scheduling tools used for period-end close and reporting, including BlackLine, RMJ, and PAPM.
- Support Project Accounting, Project-to-Asset processes, and financial stewardship activities.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and fulfill service requests for global business users.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to deliver system enhancements and reporting solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation of system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure system integration and process alignment.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance system performance and business efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience supporting SAP Finance in SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong functional experience with:
- Financial Accounting (FI)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Banking
- Month-End Close
- Fixed Assets (FI-AA)
- Cost Accounting (CO)
- Project Accounting / Project-to-Asset processes
- Volumetric Accounting (preferred)
- Experience providing production support, incident management, and service request fulfillment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to mentor team members and share knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BlackLine, PAPM, RMJ, or similar financial interface and batch scheduling tools.
- Experience supporting financial reporting integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and business processes.
- Experience working with global Finance organizations.
