Role Summary

In this role, the ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and meet application requirements for ARA's Client. They will lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Collaborate and manage the team to drive application development.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
• Coordinate with teams for seamless integration of applications.
• Support junior team members in their development tasks.
• Ensure applications meet operational goals effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 7 years in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong understanding of application design principles.
• Experience in configuring enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in SAP technologies.
