Key Responsibilities (SAP FICO)
- Provide functional support for SAP FICO (FI/CO) in ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA environments.
- Handle incident management, change requests, system support, and role/authorization activities.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP best-practice solutions.
- Configure and support FI and CO processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Centers, and CO-PA.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live support, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, developers, and external consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of FI and CO modules, including Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
- Experience with SAP configuration, testing, and support activities.
- Understanding of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, or other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Service-minded with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
