Supports SAP Module MM-WM (Functional Area), Operation Support, Role and Authorization Management, System Verification, Change/Service Request
Work in the assigned Role in the project (Project Role)
Develop skills and knowledge both Hard Skill and Soft Skill of SAP Logistic MM-WM Controller and Business Process
Coordinate with various other operations including IT, system users and consultants
Documentation of various specification documents (functional requirements), system design reports and rationales, user handovers
Support customer to solve incident issue (Incident management)
Understand new requirement and provide best practice solution
Design individual functional processes and development components as per the requirements
Conduct packaged software training for end clients during conference room pilot demo or user training
Provide functional guidance to the development and testing team members for the work units
Participate in the knowledge transition of the functional designs to the technical designers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or other majors
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in various information technology fields
Have experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA or higher for at least 5 years in Module MM-WM, EWM (Warehouse Management)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, service mind, communication and presentation skills
A talent for multi-tasking and getting things done swiftly
Skillful in configuration and solution design of process strategies, PPF, and warehouse structures
Experience in SAP the following EWM functionalities: Inbound Process, Outbound Process, Internal Process, VAS, Quality Inspections, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes
Experience in Master Data Creation: Product Master, Packaging Specifications, Storage bins and the like Designs, configures, and tests system based on business requirements and user specifications
Interfaces with users regarding requirement definition and verification, problem determination, analysis, resolution, and other day to day systems issues
Skills and Competencies
Understanding of ERP systems and business-wise understanding of warehouse structures at manufacturing plants, shipping and distribution centers
Have experience or participation in ERP Implement Project
Leadership skills, ability to analyze, design, assess risks and their impacts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems (SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
