Key Responsibilities (SAP FI-CO / Cost Control)
- Provide functional support for SAP FI-CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), with a strong focus on Cost Control / Management Accounting
- Handle Operation Support, Role & Authorization Management, System Verification, and Change/Service Requests
- Perform assigned roles and responsibilities within project implementations
- Continuously develop both technical and soft skills in SAP FI-CO and Cost Controlling processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, end users, and external consultants
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as Functional Specifications, System Design Documents, and User Manuals
- Support customers in resolving system incidents (Incident Management)
- Analyze new business requirements and propose best-practice solutions in finance and controlling
- Design and configure functional processes aligned with business requirements
- Conduct end-user training sessions (e.g., CRP, UAT, go-live training)
- Provide functional guidance to development and testing teams
- Participate in knowledge transfer between functional and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or SAP-related roles
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA in FI-CO module
- Strong experience in Controlling (CO), including:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profit Center Accounting
- CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
