Job Title: PMO Lead SAP S/4HANA Rollout
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to manage the end-to-end rollout of SAP S/4HANA across core SAP modules. The role requires strong expertise in program governance, project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation within timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP program governance, project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Oversee rollout and integration of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, HR).
- Coordinate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage key activities including data migration, cutover planning, and change management.
- Provide training and guidance on PMO processes and project tools.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 810 years of experience in PMO, project management, or SAP program delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and enterprise processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large transformation projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAP certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
