SAP HCM Consultant

We're looking for a mid-level SAP HCM Consultant for a Bangkok-based role supporting local SAP HR operations and projects.

This position is Thai-focused you'll work directly with Thai HR users on day-to-day SAP HCM activities.

Role overview

• Hands-on SAP HCM configuration and support
• Core modules: PA / OM (Time or Payroll exposure is a plus)
• Work closely with HR users on issues, changes, and enhancements
• Support implementations, rollouts, and BAU
• Testing, documentation, and user support

Experience

• 36 years SAP HCM experience
• Strong functional background rather than pure support
• Comfortable working directly with the business
