We are working with a global consulting organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation and SAP programs across enterprise clients in Thailand. They are expanding their SAP practice and are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to lead HR transformation initiatives across complex SAP environments.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large enterprise SAP implementations, collaborating with senior stakeholders while leading end-to-end HCM solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM implementations and enhancements across modules, including OM, PA, TM, PY and Benefits.
- Facilitate business workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design with HR stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including configuration, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, integration, infrastructure) to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants within the SAP delivery team.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR consulting.
- Hands-on experience with modules including OM, PA, TM, PY and Benefits.
- Experience working on a minimum of two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or HR transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
