Key Skill Requirements

SAP Payroll

• Minimum 2 payroll implementation cycles
• Strong skills in requirement gathering / payroll schema / rule configuration
• Functional specification design
• Integration with 3rd-party master data / time systems
• Payroll result migration & Thailand localization (tax & statutory)
• UAT support & cutover handling
• English & Thai speaking ( & )

SAP Time Evaluation

• Minimum 2 Positive Time Evaluation cycles
• Requirement gathering / schema & rule configuration
• Integration with master data, payroll, or T&A
• Leave migration, UAT & cutover
• English & Thai speaking ()

SAP SuccessFactors EC

• Minimum 2+ full-cycle EC implementations
• Strong functional knowledge: FO, MDF, Time-off, employee data
• 3rd-party integrations
• Familiarity with Thailand localization for payroll data
• UAT & cutover execution
• Thai and English proficiency (/ -)
