SAP HR / SuccessFactors Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR-SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the design and delivery of digital HR transformation solutions across enterprise environments. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, combined with leadership and consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end HR solutions using SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
- Provide expert consulting on core HR, talent management, performance, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules
- Manage work planning, task delegation, and delivery timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Drive issue resolution and provide effective solutions to complex challenges
- Ensure solution quality and alignment with best practices
- Oversee integration with other SAP modules and external HR systems
- Lead and mentor team members, supporting capability development
- Engage stakeholders through effective communication, reporting, and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementation
- At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or senior consultant role
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SuccessFactors modules such as EC, ECP, PM/GM, Recruiting, or Learning
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a strong advantage
- Experience in HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects
- Experience working in consulting firms or large enterprise environments
