Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP IBP projects across APMEA, ensuring alignment with regional business needs and global template standards.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including project planning, resource coordination, risk management, testing coordination, and deployment.
  • Coordinate closely with functional SMEs, SAP architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solution design and implementation meets operational requirements.
  • Oversee vendor and system integrator resources, ensuring delivery milestones, quality standards, and project timelines are met.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between supply chain planning, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with systems such as ECC, BW, and other supply chain applications. Monitor project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to regional and global leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities during solution rollout and stabilization phases.

Who You Are!

  • Strong experience managing enterprise SAP projects, particularly in supply chain planning or SAP IBP environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-country or regional SAP implementations.
  • Ability to oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project initiation to go-live and stabilization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with business teams, IT architects, and external vendors.
  • Good understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Experience managing system integration projects involving SAP ECC, BW, or other supply chain systems.
  • Strong project governance capabilities including project planning, reporting, risk management, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and multi-regional environments.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT delivery, including significant experience managing SAP programs or projects
  • Proven experience managing SAP IBP implementations or supply chain planning transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with SAP ECC and integrated supply chain applications
  • Experience delivering projects in regional or global template rollout environments
  • Strong experience working with system integrators and external vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
