Job Description

Position title: SC Logistics Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Transportation Logistics Planning and Execution.

• Analyze end-to-end transportation and logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into system solutions, ensuring that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and operational needs.

• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to design, configure, and implement solutions primarily within SAP TM, SAP SD, and SAP MM.

• Assess multiple solution options, clearly compare pros and cons, and provide recommendations aligned with existing system architecture and business goals.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of data integration to and from SAP using various technologies—including SAP CI, APIs, and Azure cloud services—and work closely with the Integration team to define requirements and resolve issues

• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.

• Assist in project coordination, ensuring tasks are delivered on schedule and aligned with overall project objectives.

• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical leads, external vendors, and internal IT team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, with strong expertise in:

  • SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM):
  • Experience in transportation planning, execution, freight order management, or logistics operations is strongly preferred
  • SAP SD and SAP MM (process and configuration knowledge)
  • Some experience in working with Sales Order, Stock Transfer Order and Purchase Order life cycle
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to understand operational processes and map them accurately to SAP solutions.
  • Ability to compare solution options, evaluate impact, and present recommendations clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under time constraints.
  • Knowledge of business application design, implementation methodology, change management, and the full SDLC.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Integration (CI), Azure Integration Services, APIs, or other middleware tools (a plus).
  • Basic ABAP programming or debugging experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
