Job Description

  • Develop and lead diverse, high-performing SAP teams by providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Foster strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide leadership and expertise across SAP HCM and related systems, including integration with non-SAP applications.
  • Drive execution of project goals and align team members with strategic priorities, including resource planning, gap analysis, and team performance improvement.
  • Make informed decisions that enhance financial and operational performance while ensuring project quality.
  • Influence stakeholders by demonstrating leadership, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring equal opportunities for team members.
  • Deliver high-value results and drive consistent performance and service quality across projects.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely, high-standard deliverables.
  • Apply knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to recommend continuous improvements and best practices.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer/IT Engineering, or a related field (Minimum GPA: 2.75 for IT, 2.5 for Engineering, or 3.0 for other majors). A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with SAP HCM or related systems, including exposure to non-SAP applications.
  • Completed at least 4 full SAP implementation life cycles as a Functional Lead, Technical Lead, or Project Lead.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, from requirement gathering and design workshops to go-live and support.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with both SAP and non-SAP system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, facilitate workshops, analyze business processes, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders and clients.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and customer support in HCM-related systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong English communication skills (TOEIC score of at least 650 required).
