Ownership, development and supporting growth of the client relationship for SAP ECS
Receiving and communicating customers needs to SAP and acting as recognition as the escalation point for all issues with regards to the ECS engagement
Full accountability of the Supplier for the ECS client engagement and service delivery, supported by various ECS roles and functions as needed
Ensuring seamless alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP Product support, ECS Partners and customer's System Integrators or other Hosting Partners
Proactively positioning new ECS service offerings, packages and brokers upsells within the client via the SAP Sales team (e.g., Industry AEs and others)
Actively driving the cloud transformation agenda with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization
Driving Customer Success – taking accountability for ECS service delivering expected outcomes to the business
Driving Digital Transformation Success – aligning services to client's transformation strategy and goals
Prioritizing services on sustainable account management (e.g. growing relationship, continued utilization of ECS portfolio and enlarging ECS footprint) and limited time on service delivery
Optionally supporting SAP Sales team during pre-sales phase to craft sustainable engagements
Setting up the engagement, managing all engagement delivery lifecycle phases after contract signature (on-boarding, transition, stabilization, operations, off-boarding)
Defining the project / delivery / service plan, performing active stakeholder mgmt., governance, reporting, communication plan, meeting structure, risk mitigation, escalations path, etc.
Ensuring operational excellence on contract administration supported by ECS functions (profitability reporting, invoicing, credits, penalties etc.)
Identifying service improvements and delivery opportunities and realizing the value for the client
Preparing, realizing, and working on strategic planning workshops towards S/4HANA transformation
Defining the project / delivery / service plan, performing active stakeholder management, Governance, reporting, communication plan, meeting structure, risk mitigation, escalations path, etc.
Skills Requirement
Bachelors degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science
Well versed with SAP ECS, S/4HANA and cloud standardization
6-9 years of experience in the related field
Experience in Driving Commercial Success – avoiding service credits, looking for improvement opportunities for upsell, engaging Sales for pursuit
Technical and project management understanding
Good communication skills and a team playe
Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership
