SAP Manufacturing Coordinator (SAP Projects) (1 Year Contract)

Job Description

• Coordinate product & process change implementation.

• Manage BOM accuracy and part number control.

• Oversee standard tooling and parts procurement.

• Maintain internal document control and compliance.

• Track investment budgets and financial reporting.

• Support Technical WBS planning and monitoring.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inventory data in SAP-POE.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or related fields. (Experience in manufacturing is preferrable).

Qualifications:

• Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 550 is a plus).

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong coordination skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Effective meeting facilitation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of basic Project Management principles.

• Systematic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.

• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.

• Positive mindset with a strong can-do attitude and passion for continuous learning.
