We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Training Expert to support end-user training and adoption at our Thailand plant. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Thai and have strong hands-on experience within SAP Manufacturing processes in a production environment.
This is a fully onsite role requiring close collaboration with plant operations, production teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Manufacturing end-user training sessions onsite at the Thailand plant
- Develop and deliver training materials in both English and Thai
- Support SAP modules such as:
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP ME/MII (Manufacturing Execution & Integration) if applicable
- Shop floor execution processes
- Conduct hands-on workshops and system walkthroughs
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support to plant users
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify training gaps
- Ensure strong system adoption across manufacturing teams
- Support UAT and assist with process documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to Manufacturing processes
- Proven experience delivering SAP training in a plant environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and manufacturing execution processes
- Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written)
- Experience working onsite in manufacturing plants
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business processes into user-friendly training materials
Preferred Experience
- SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in global rollout or template deployment projects
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
