Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support and optimize Materials Management processes within an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment. The role will focus on configuration, business support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and configuration for SAP MM (Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Vendor Master).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
- Support procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes, including PR, PO, GR, and invoice verification.
- Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and minor enhancements.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation related to material and vendor master data.
- Assist in SAP rollouts, enhancements, or S/4HANA migration activities (if applicable).
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support UAT activities.
- Coordinate with business users, FI/CO, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and materials management processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and production support.
- Experience working with business users and resolving SAP MM-related issues.
- Good communication skills in a regional or global setup.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA MM projects.
- Knowledge of integration with FI, SD, or WM/EWM.
- Experience in shared services or regional SAP environments.
