Job Description

Implement and support SAP system roll-outs (as required)
Analyze and design SAP MM business processes in alignment with business needs
Manage enhancements and change requests in SAP MM (main module)
Conduct onsite system demonstrations and user workshops
Configure and customize SAP MM to meet business and operational requirements
Perform system testing including Unit, Integration, and Regression testing
Deliver training sessions for key users and end users
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals
Perform Go-live readiness checks and support system cutover activities
Provide Go-live and post Go-live support to ensure system stability
Deliver ongoing application management and in-house support for SAP MM
Support business users by responding to inquiries and resolving SAP MM-related issues
