Job Description:
- As part of the Infosys Program Management team you will take complete end to end responsibility for delivering S 4 Greenfield Programs that help clients navigate their digital transformation journey
Key Responsibilities:
- 1 Project Leadership Delivery
- Own end to end responsibility for delivering S 4 Greenfield Programs
- Review and lead proposal preparation project estimations and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively
- Plan schedule monitor and report project progress while managing risks dependencies and overall delivery health
- 2 Stakeholder Team Management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams business stakeholders technical consultants and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Coach and mentor team members provide timely feedback and foster a culture of high performance continuous learning and innovation
- Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies
- 3 Agile Delivery Excellence
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Project Management
- Program Managed at least one S 4 Greenfield Implementation
- Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end implementation rollout upgrade and migration
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile frameworks project estimation methods and quality processes
- Ability to manage project scope timelines budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements create project charters and align deliverables with business goals
- Awareness of emerging SAP technologies digital trends and architecture principles
- Strong analytical logical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
