A leading global technology consultancy is expanding its SAP practice in Thailand and is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation programmes.
This role will take ownership of end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, including S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, delivering projects to multinational and enterprise clients across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (Greenfield focus)
- Manage at least one S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programme using SAP Activate
- Develop and control project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance
- Oversee configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate business & technical stakeholders
- Drive fit-to-standard workshops and Agile delivery frameworks
- Ensure quality delivery, change control, and executive-level reporting
Requirements
- 10–12+ years SAP experience
- 6+ years as SAP Project Manager
- Delivered minimum 3 S/4HANA implementations
- Experience leading S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology
- Familiar with Agile delivery models
- Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
- Fluent Thai and English communication skills
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk control capability
