SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA (Bangkok, Permanent)
We're hiring an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex S/4HANA programmes, including ECC6-to-S/4 migrations, greenfield implementations, and system conversions across enterprise environments in Thailand.
This role suits someone from a consulting / SI background, used to delivering high-value SAP programmes across multiple clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield) from initiation through to go-live and hypercare
- Manage ECC6 to S/4HANA migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Own project governance, timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and programme reporting
- Ensure alignment across functional streams (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.)
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive-level updates
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes as Project Manager
- Strong track record across migrations, upgrades, and implementations
- Background in a consulting/system integrator environment preferred
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-stream SAP projects
- Deep understanding of SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA architecture
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Thai language required (must be fluent)
- English conversational level
