- Role: Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment across assigned technology or service groups.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Hiring volume: At least 50 placements per year for corporate recruiters or 30 placements for recruitment consultants Agency
- Requisition management: Able to independently manage multiple open roles across Analyst to Senior Manager levels.
- Priority skill: SAP talent-pool or SAP module hiring experience is strongly preferred.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline, requisition status and recruitment data.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 2–3 onsite days per week
