SAP Sales Director (Thai ONLY) Enterprise Solutions

Overview
We are seeking a local SAP Sales Director to lead enterprise SAP sales growth across Thailand. This is a senior, revenue-owning leadership role focused on driving large-scale digital transformation programs across major Thai conglomerates and upper mid-market enterprises.
This position requires a deep understanding of the Thai enterprise landscape, strong C-level relationships, and proven success in selling complex SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual revenue targets (software + services)
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic enterprise accounts
- Sell large-scale SAP programs (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, Analytics, Industry Solutions)
- Lead full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting negotiation closure)
- Build and manage executive relationships (CIO, CFO, CEO, Board level)
- Navigate complex procurement and multi-stakeholder environments
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses and commercial structuring
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and global alliance teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Contribute to Thailand market strategy and go-to-market planning
Required Experience
- Thai Local (mandatory)
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Strong track record in SAP software and/or SAP services sales
- Experience closing multi-million USD transformation deals
- Direct experience with S/4HANA transformation programs
- Established network within the Thai enterprise market
- Background within a global SI, SAP partner, or major tech vendor
