Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant (S/4HANA)
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end order-to-cash solutions within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
This role is ideal for a senior consultant with deep functional expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in complex SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP SD solutions (Order-to-Cash)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system and process designs
- Provide expert consulting on sales processes, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer management
- Manage functional workstreams across full project lifecycle (design to deployment)
- Drive work planning, task delegation, and team coordination
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Lead issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Ensure solution quality and adherence to SAP best practices
- Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.)
- Lead and mentor team members, building strong functional capability
- Engage stakeholders through effective communication, reporting, and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD or S/4HANA SD implementation
- At least 5 years of experience in a team lead or senior consultant role
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- SAP S/4HANA Certification (SD) is a strong advantage
- Strong expertise in:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Pricing & condition techniques
- Billing, delivery, and credit management
- Experience in consulting firms or large enterprise environments
