SAP Shipping & Digital Integration

Job Description

• O2C - Shipping Key User (R3&S4).
  - Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP Shipping functionalities.
  - Serve as the key user for SAP Shipping within the O2C process, supporting daily operations and resolving SAP-related issues.
• O2C - Shipping Industry 4.0 Digital Projects.
  - Lead and support the implementation of innovative Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance operational performance.
• SAP System Customization / Migration & Integration.
  - Assist in SAP system customization, migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• O2C Process Improvement.
  - Identify opportunities to optimize O2C processes using digital solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and perform other assignments as delegated by the manager.
  - Track KPIs to evaluate process improvements and digital initiatives, and support ad-hoc tasks from the manager.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor or master graduation with Logistics or related field.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP O2C module, especially Shipping.
• Have experience in Supply Chain Logistics.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or process automation projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP O2C Module Expertise (R3 / S4).
• System Integration Skills, Digital Transformation Knowledge, Process Improvement, KPI Monitoring & Reporting, Problem-Solving.
• Project Support & Implementation and Stakeholder Collaboration.
