Our growing company is looking to fill the role of SAP Specialist (PP Module). Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP Module in production planning and order management processes.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Store and Warehouse to resolve SAP-related issues.
- Validate and maintain accuracy of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center, Material Master, etc.).
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues (incident handling, transaction errors).
- Generate production reports and analytical data from SAP for management.
- Provide basic training and guidance to Key Users and End Users.
- Support development, improvement, and UAT for system roll-outs or enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP Module.
- Solid understanding of production processes (Production Order, MRP, Capacity Planning, Scheduling).
- Knowledge of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center) and integration with other modules such as MM, SD, QM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP (able to read/understand functional specs) is a plus.
- Good command of English (able to read SAP documentation and communicate with vendors).
