Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (SDCP, LMS, PMGM, Talent – as applicable) to enable effective HR processes and system enhancements
- Lead scope and change management for SuccessFactors initiatives, enhancements, and releases
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
- Perform impact analysis across people, processes, system configuration, data, timelines, costs, and risks
- Ensure all system changes follow formal governance and change control to prevent scope creep
- Support implementations, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain key documentation including scope definitions, change logs, and functional requirements
- Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation stabilization
- Monitor issues, escalate risks, and provide regular stakeholder updates
- Ensure solutions align with HR policies, compliance, and data governance standards
Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of proven experience in change management, scope management, or HR system delivery
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle
- Hands-on experience working with cross‑functional teams including HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced or transformation environment
