Analyze customers business requirements and recommend the most suitable technology solutions, such as ERP system improvements, cloud migration, or infrastructure architecture design.
Design system architecture and participate in software development or customization to align with business needs.
Perform installation, upgrade, and maintenance of operating systems, databases, and SAP software.
Monitor and optimize system performance, including memory configuration, batch jobs, and database operations.
Manage the Transport Management System (TMS) for moving objects between systems (Development Quality Production), start/stop systems, and manage users and authorizations.
Ensure data security and plan for system backup and recovery processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a SAP BASIS Team Lead.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and administration, including database and operating systems, with strong expertise in installation, upgrades, backup, security management, and SAP system performance tuning.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
