Job Description

  1. Ensure proper execution of daily SAP transactions such as goods receipt, put away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting.
  2. Ability to provide SAP training to warehouse staff and support documentation.
  3. Monitor and analyze SAP data related to warehouse activities for accuracy and process improvement project.
  4. Process Area Coordinator. (PAC)
  5. 1st level in daily support for trouble shooting.
  6. Participates in project related training, provide appropriate local training content and support the training activities.
  7. Contribute to lesson learned activities together with Plant Local Coordinator. (PLC)
  8. Key-takeaways communication with organization of ICO regular meeting.
  9. Identifying data cleansing and process harmonization needs of the respective business area in the location. (across SAP-systems)
  10. Integration/Involvement in Implementation-/Roll-out projects.
  11. Other assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Special Skills: Good in planning skill at less 5 year experience in Logistics field and warehouse management.

Language Proficiency Level: Fluent & Good Communication.

Others: SAP or other inventory management software, Microsoft office and power point skill,

  • Global Supply Chain Management and Controlling (incl. international experience / culture)
  • Production planning, levelling and collaboration (Production system)
  • SAP and system-based working / simplification

  • Warehouse management basics (physical flow, transportation ,inventory mangement) STANDARD TRAINING
