About the Role

Responsible for organising promotions and marketing events to support business development

. Coordinate invitation solicitations, advance and on-site registration, post-event follow-up and evaluations
. Research available venues and recommend event sites
. Investigate, select, negotiate and coordinate services with vendors
. Prepare budgets and forecasts for events
. Compile summaries such as total event costs, cost per contact, audience profiles and attendees comments

. Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
