About The Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and deliver complex Supply Chain transformation programs for clients across industries. This role combines strategic advisory, business transformation, and technology-enabled supply chain consulting, helping organizations improve planning, fulfillment, operational resilience, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

As a senior leader within our Supply Chain Reinvention practice, you will work closely with client executives, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive large-scale transformations across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, fulfillment, and digital supply chain initiatives. You will also contribute to business development, thought leadership, and capability building within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation engagements from strategy through execution and value realization.
  • Advise client leadership on supply chain operating model design, planning excellence, network optimization, and fulfillment transformation initiatives.
  • Drive transformation across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP processes, inventory optimization, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
  • Assess current-state supply chain capabilities and develop target-state operating models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and deployment of technology-enabled supply chain solutions leveraging advanced planning platforms and digital supply chain technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning supply chain, operations, technology, data, and analytics to deliver integrated business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain senior client stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation priorities.
  • Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and practice growth initiatives.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, advisory, or transformation roles with a proven track record of leading large-scale engagements.
  • Deep expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and overall supply chain operations.
  • Experience delivering supply chain transformation programs enabled by leading planning and supply chain technologies such as O9, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operating models, process design, performance management, and digital transformation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and guide multi-disciplinary consulting teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in an industry-based Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Fulfillment role before transitioning into consulting.
  • Experience leading regional or global supply chain transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI-enabled planning, control towers, and digital supply chain solutions.
  • Experience with supply chain ecosystem platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Manhattan, or related technologies.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Project Management.
